Acupuncture and massages are now widely considered as natural medicine for the 21st century. What exactly is Acupuncture?
Acupuncture involves the insertion of very small, fine, sterile disposable needles into the body surface. They are gently tweaked by the practitioner, to start alleviating symptoms and re-balancing the body’s natural energy. This lasts for about 20 minutes and then the rest of the treatment is concluded with a soothing massage to relax the body.

The main purpose of acupuncture is to achieve balance between all these connecting meridians, and in by doing so not only treats the symptoms of the condition, but treats and cures the underlying cause of the condition.
